How do I make payment?
You should make your payment as soon as you receive our confirmation email as our products are shipped on a first-come-first serve basis. So you'll have to make payment fast to avoid disappointment! You have the option to pay through:
- POSBank ATM Transfer or
- OCBC ATM Transfer
Normal post - Charges are borne by ShopWithIvy. We will not be responsible for any loss of mail.
- Registered post - An additional $2.20 will be charged. The product sent to your doorstep,however if nobody is home,you may contact SingPost to arrange for redelivery/ or proceed to the stated post office to collect it personally.
No, we only ship to locations within Singapore. However, we hope to ship internationally in future, so do check back!
Does ShopWithIvy have a physical shop/boutique?
No, we are only based online.
Do you do meetups?
We do not do meetups or cash on delivery as we use external parties for all deliveries.
